Discuss your design preferences with a PineCone Log Homes salesperson and a target build timescale.

Agree your preferred method of build, whether it be getting us to supply and build the shell, for you or your contractor or ourselves to complete the interior. Alternatively get you or your contractor to build the whole home if they have been trained in True North Log Home construction.

Agree an initial outline design and estimated cost.

Pay a design fee to get the detailed plans drawn.This then takes us to the True North design cycle. Click here to see the detail.

An architect or ourselves need to submit plans for planning approvals.

Foundations need to be completed and utilities provided.

Log Home arrives in a container, offloaded and inventory checked against the computerised lists and digital pictures.

Build can commence.
