The design of the Derby was adapted from a previous build of a fishing lodge in Alaska. With a concrete basement and two floors above this build is the largest log building in the UK. It includes a commercial kitchen, classroom, full size games room, 17 bedrooms and has plenty of decking overlooking the surrounding grounds and lake.
